Shipping policy

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing. Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Transit. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days after dispatch within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Cost. Free.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 3 days.

Address accuracy. We can only ship to the address given at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately; we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.

Delays. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume are outside our control. If your order is running late we would rather tell you than let you wonder, so contact us and we will check.
