Who can order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm the payment method is yours or that you have permission to use it.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications provided by the manufacturer. Colors may appear differently on different screens. Packaging and minor design details may change without notice.
This is a cosmetic device
The Elysia Set is sold as a cosmetic device. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a skin or eye condition, are taking medication that affects light sensitivity, or are unsure whether this product is right for you, speak to a doctor before using it. See the Safety page.
Pricing and orders
Prices are in US dollars and may change. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full — we will contact you first. We may also refuse or limit an order where we suspect fraud or where a product is out of stock.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment clears and you receive an order confirmation email.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
